A clear overview so you can arrive relaxed, prepared, and at ease for your first session.
ASSESSMENT
I then assess posture, movement quality, tension distribution, body structure, and energetic patterns in relation to one another.
REGULATION & INTEGRATION
From there, the session moves into energetic regulation and precise structural integration.
CLOTHING & TRAINING
The session takes place in underwear, allowing posture, body axes, and changes to remain clearly visible. Training is possible beforehand. Afterward, an integration period of about 24 hours is ideal.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I NEED TO HAVE SYMPTOMS?
No. Many people come with specific symptoms, recurring tension patterns, postural concerns, the physical effects of past injuries or accidents, or sport-related compensations. You can also come if you want to refine your posture, movement quality, balance, or physical and energetic alignment.
IS ADVANCED ROLFING® & ENERGETIC INTEGRATION A MASSAGE?
No. The focus is not on temporarily relaxing individual muscles. It is on creating profound change in body structure, posture, tension distribution, and movement, together with the energetic patterns that shape them.
IS THE SESSION PAINFUL?
For most clients, the sessions are not painful. In areas with more pronounced fascial restriction, the hands-on work may temporarily feel more intense. Pressure, pace, and depth are adjusted individually.
CAN I TRAIN AFTER THE SESSION?
Training is possible beforehand. Afterward, an integration period of about 24 hours is ideal.
WILL MY SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER PART OF THE COST?
I am recognized by EMR and ASCA. Depending on your policy, part of the session fee may be reimbursed. Please confirm your coverage directly with your insurer in advance.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Payment is made directly after the session, in cash, via TWINT, or by card.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. In the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the reserved time will be charged.
